Prof. Dr. Agota Giedrė Raišienė is a Professor of the Social Inclusion and Leadership Research Laboratory at Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania. She is the author of the monograph “In Quest of Integrated Collaboration” (2009, in English), author of the book for business coaches “Training to Organizational Success” (2011, in Lithuanian), co-author of the textbook “Essentials of Organizational Behaviour” (2012, in Lithuanian) and author of over 30 scientific publications in the form of books, articles and conference proceedings published in Lithuania, Poland and Latvia. She has delivered lectures on inter-organizational collaboration issues at universities in Austria, Spain, France, Finland and Slovakia. Currently, Agota Giedrė works on the projects “Empowering the next generation of social enterprise scholars” (COST Action) and “Competence Development for Municipal Public Sports Providers”. Her research interests center on participative governance and inter-sectoral collaboration, HRM, business management and ICT.
