Dr. Ali Mujtaba Shah is currently working as a Post Doctorate researcher in the State Key Laboratory of Swine and Poultry Breeding Industry, College of Animal Science, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, 510642, China. Besides, he worked as a Research Associate in Key Laboratory of Animal Genetics, Breeding and Reproduction of Shaanxi Province, College of Animal Science and Technology, Northwest A&F University, Yangling, Shaanxi, China, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Livestock Production, SBBUVAS Sakrand, Sindh, Pakistan. Currently, his research areas are Animal Nutrition, particularly waterfowl, small ruminants, beef and dairy cattle nutrition, and genome-wide association studies and genomic selection in small and large ruminants. Dr. Shah has done doctoral studies in Animal Nutrition and Feed Sciences from Sichuan Agricultural University, P.R. China. During his Doctoral studies, his research area was beef cattle Nutrition. Dr. Shah has done Masters studies from Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam, Pakistan, in the Department of Livestock Management. Dr. Shah engaged in research and teaching for the last 10 years in Bachelor's and Master's degree programs of Animal Nutrition and Animal Sciences.
