Prof. Dr. Rachid Salghi

Prof. Rachid Salghi was a full Professor of Chemistry at the National School of Applied Sciences, in Agadir (Morocco). His principal fields of interest and activity are the behavior of pesticides in soil, plant, and water (Residues; persistence…) and corrosion inhibition by green inhibitors nontoxic for mild steel, copper, aluminum, and tin-plate in different mediums. Also, electrochemical degradation of pesticide in wastewater. Editor-in-Chief Applied Journal of Environmental Engineering Science. Assistant Editor of Journal of Materials and Environmental Science. Prof. Salghi was Deputy Director for Scientific Research and Cooperation National School of Applied Science. Prof. Salghi was granted the best researcher at the university in 2012 and in 2015 he was promoted to the Hassan II Prize for Invention and Research in the Agricultural Field. In 2016 he was promoted to the 2nd place Prize 1st Euro–“MedHackathon “Eco-efficiency in the Agro-Food Chain”. Prof. Salghi is a consultant in Quality Management System
