Dr. TANMOY PAUL

Dr. Tanmoy Paul, a research associate at the University of Burdwan (Chandernagore College, Department of Physics), is working in the fields of cosmology and classical and quantum gravity. He is also a researcher at the "International Laboratory for Theoretical Cosmology", TUSUR, Russia. He did his MSc in Physics at Jadavpur University (2011 to 2013) and his PhD in Theoretical Physics at IACS (2013 to 2019). To date, he has been awarded with six national fellowships with noticeable rank across India (Rank-07, Rank-06 etc.) and four international fellowships, including the 2021 Young Investigator Award from MDPI. Recently he has been selected as a "Juan de la Cierva Fellow" from ICE-CSIC. He is the author or co-author of 38 research articles. He has collaborated with SD Odintsov, E Elizalde, S SenGupta, S Nojiri, etc. Paul has visited various institutes (such as IMSc, IIT Madras, ICE-CSIC Spain, UPC Spain, IIT Guwahati, IISER Kolkata, ULB Brussels, and Jamia Milia Islamia) to present his scientific contributions.
