Yongjiang Zhang is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maine. His research is on plant ecophysiology focusing on the response of plant/ecosystem water use, carbon balance and nutrient economy to environmental stresses and climate change. He uses multiple-scale approaches and integration to reveal general principles regulating plant and ecosystem function and dynamics. Lab website: https://sites.google.com/view/the-zhang-lab/
