Isselmou Abd El Kader receive his B.S. degree from the School of Science, University Technology of Malaysia, Juhar, Malaysia, in 2013, and his M.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China, in 2017. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree with the State Key Laboratory of Reliability and Intelligence of Electrical Equipment, Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China. He has published nine papers indexing SCI and EI. His research interests include medical image processing, and machine learning.
