Merlin Patricia Grueso Hinestroza is a Full Professor, Head of the Center for Studies on Equality, Labor and Social Mobility, and Board Member 2019-2023 at Universidad del Rosario. Merlin holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Salamanca University (Spain) and a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Pontifical Xavierian University (Colombia). With 20 years of experience in undergraduate and graduate programs in Colombia and abroad, Merlin's research interests include Gender and Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Building Peace from Companies. Merlin received the Teaching Excellence Award in 2017 from Universidad del Rosario and 2007 from Pontifical Bolivarian University. Merlin is a Senior Researcher at the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (Colombia) and received the Best Afro-Colombian Researcher Award in 2017 from Jose Francisco Socarrás, Colombia. Merlin is also a member of the Business Association of Latin American Studies (BALAS).
