Research and didactic worker at the Department of Applied Microbiology and Human Nutrition Physiology at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. Author and co-author of many works published in renowned scientific journals. I focuse my research interests on dietary supplements, the impact of dietary supplementation with B vitamins on the metabolism of the body, assessment of the diet and nutritional status of various population groups, as well as nutritional risk factors for the occurrence of metabolic diseases, including primary and secondary diet prevention. I also conduct research on the influence of new products or dietary components on carbohydrate-lipid metabolism, antioxidant status and the course of the female sexual cycle.
