Prof. Bin Zhang is a Professor and Vice Dean of the College of Food Science and Pharmacy at Zhejiang Ocean University. He is also a Donghai Scholar at Zhejiang Ocean University and a Doctoral Supervisor at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and Hainan University. He was a Visiting Scholar at Oregon State University. He has successively won the Zhejiang Province Outstanding Youth Fund Project, the Zhejiang Province University Leading Talent Training Program High-Level Top Talent, and the Zhejiang Province Young and Middle-Aged Academic Leader Training Program. He teaches courses such as Special Topics on Quality and Safety Control of Aquatic Products, Food Safety Control Technology, and Progress in Food Science Research. He has continuously promoted the high-quality development of the marine food processing industry. He has developed over ten key technologies, including seawater shrimp preservation and deep processing, heavy metal removal from crustaceans, weak electrolysis water ice coating, and multi-omics analysis of marine species。
