Biography
Karina Batista is a scientific researcher at the Instituto de Zootecnia (APTA/SAASP). She holds a Ph.D. (2006) and a Master’s degree (2003) in Soil and Plant Nutrition from ESALQ/USP, having earned her degree in Agronomy from UNESP-Botucatu (2000). Her research focuses on developing sustainable cropping systems, including no-tillage, integrated agricultural production, intercropping, and the use of cover crops.
