Wen-Min Lu is currently the professor at the Department of International Business Administration of Chinese Culture University, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Business and Management of National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. His areas of expertise include productivity of service organizations, performance analysis in financial services, intellectual capital, group decision making, decision problems involving multiple criteria, and decision problems involving subjective preferences. He also was the 2020-2022 Global Top 2% Science-wide Author (Published by Elsevier and Stanford University). He has published several papers in Omega, R&D Management, Technovation, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operations Research Society, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, Telecommunications Policy, Computers & Operations Research, International Journal of Production Research, IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Naval Research Logistics, Annals of Operations Research, Financial Innovation, Review of Managerial Science, and Corporate Social Responsibility & Environmental Management.
