Hongyan Yu is now an associate professor of petroleum geology at Northwest University, Xi’an, China. She received her Ph.D. from China University of Petroleum, Beijing, China in 2012. Her current research interests include petrophysics, well logging, micro computed tomography (mCT), and CO2 geological storage.
