Panagiota Kyriaki Revelou is a Food Technologist graduate from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, with a Master's Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a PhD from the Agricultural University of Athens (A.U.A.). For her postgraduate studies, she received a scholarship from the State Scholarship Foundation. She worked at the Department of Food Science and Technology of the University of West Attica (UNIWA) as an Academic Fellow responsible for the following undergraduate laboratory courses: Fruits and Vegetables Science and Technology, Cereals and Cereal Products Science and Technology, Fats and Oils Science and Technology, and Food Packaging. From 2019 to 2023, she worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in research programs at the Chemistry Laboratory of A.U.A., as well as in the Department of Food Science and Technology of UNIWA in the years 2022–2023. She is the author/co-author of 34 scientific publications in peer-reviewed international scientific journals as well as 18 announcements at international and Greek scientific conferences.
