Elena-Nicoleta Untaru is a Professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration, Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania, where she carries out teaching and research activities in fields such as services marketing, consumer behaviour in tourism and services, service quality, environmentally responsible behaviour, the physical environment of service organisations and biophilic design, market segmentation, and qualitative and quantitative marketing research.
