Chan-Hun Jung is a Senior Researcher at the Jeonju AgroBio-Materials Institute (JAMI), Republic of Korea. He received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Sejong University. His research primarily focuses on the preclinical efficacy evaluation of natural resources for the development of health-functional foods and cosmetics. He is dedicated to investigating the molecular mechanisms of anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activities to discover innovative functional bio-materials.
