The research activity of Dr Maria Grazia Volpe is directed to the preservation and enhancement of the quality of agro-food products through sustainable approaches, mainly using innovative technologies and protection systems. Her interest focuses on the conservation and improvement of the quality of agri-food products, in particular foods typical of the Mediterranean diet, aimed at assessing the quality, safety, and conservation of food.
