ZHAOXIN YUE received a M.S. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the Sichuan University of Science and Engineering, Zigong, China, and a PhD in hydroinformatics from Hohai University, Nanjing. He is currently working at the College of Computer and Software, Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology, Nanjing. His current research interests include machine learning, image processing, hydrological forecasting, and hydroinformatics.
