Professor Ir. Dr. Nyuk Ling Chin is a lecturer at the Department of Process and Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She completed her PhD studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, United Kingdom. Her recent projects are on improving food for human well-being. She has published more than 180 papers in various journals. Her teaching disciplines include food engineering unit operations and systems, and her interests include food aeration, authentication, and modelling.
