Chih-Ju G. Jou received his Ph.D. degree in environmental science, chemistry, and chemical
engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is now a professor at the Department
of Safety, Health and Environmental Engineering, National Kaohsiung University of Science
and Technology, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His research interests are in the remediation of soil and
water, the development of nanoscale catalysts, and the application of green energy technology.
