Prof. Dr. Jing Zhang received his Ph.D. from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2008. Currently, he is a Professor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Guizhou University. At the same time, he is also the director of the Engineering Research Center for New Power System and its Digital Technology in Guizhou Higher Education Institutions; the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology for Power Systems in Guizhou; the administrative vice president of the Guizhou Institute of Bicarbon and New Energy Technological Innovation and Development; and the leader of the Guizhou Province Intelligent Distribution Network and New Energy Utilization Key Technology Research and Technology Innovation Talent Team. His research interests include optimal algorithms, optimal operations, energy management, renewable energy, energy systems, and load forecasting.
