Dr. Muayad Esaifan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Art and Sciences, University of Petra, Jordan. He earned his MSc in Materials Chemistry from the Free University of Brussels and a PhD in Inorganic Materials Chemistry from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. His research activity is focused on the synthesis of mesoporous alumino-silicate-based inorganic polymers for water purification and gas storage applications, the development of low-cost and environmentally friendly building materials, and the development of electrically conductive ceramic materials.
