Xiaohui Yan received his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering from Shenyang Agricultural University in 2012, and his Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Water Conservancy) from the University of Ottawa, Canada in 2015 and 2020, respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Hydraulic Engineering, Dalian University of Technology. He has published more than 40 academic papers, including more than 30 papers included in SCI. He engaged in research in the fields of numerical simulation of hydrodynamics and water quality, digital twin watersheds, intelligent digital rivers and lakes, deep learning of water conservancy, etc.
