Information

In 1998 I have received the Chemistry Degree in URV and in 2006 the PhD in biotechnology in the same University. I have realized predoctoral stages and a postdoctoral position in Max Planck Institute in Germany. Since 2008, I am joining the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia as Senior CIBER researcher, combined with my position as associate professor (University of Barcelona). Along my carrier I was managing European, National and industrial projects, supervising PhD and Master students and organizing congresses as coordinator and scientific committee. My main research motivation relates to the improvement of health care in diagnosis and treatment.
