Prof. PENG WANG

Prof. Dr. Peng Wang is a professor at the School of Mathematics, North University of China. He is a visiting scholar from Florida International University in the United States, a first-class course leader in Shanxi Province, a national excellent instructor of the Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Contest, a famous teacher in Shanxi Province's colleges and universities, a famous teacher in Central North University, a winner of the "Merrison" award, an excellent instructor of innovation and entrepreneurship, an excellent Communist Party member pacesetter, and an exemplary individual of teaching and educating people. He has won multiple awards, including second prize in the Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award (Natural Science category), second prize in the Shanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, and two second prizes in the Teaching Achievement Award of North China University. He has presided over one project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi Province, two research projects for returning overseas students in Shanxi Province, participated in more than 20 projects including the National 863 Program, International Science and Technology Cooperation Projects, National Natural Science Foundation ,and Shanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and published over 60 academic papers. He mainly engages in research on intelligent algorithms and information processing.
