Dr. Purpura earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Bonn, Germany – which included a stay of research at the University Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, France. His research interests include the discovery and development of new bioactive ingredients and technologies, as well as regulatory and safety aspects.
