Dr. Kan Li received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Optoelectronics, Zhejiang University, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively, and was a research assistant at the Nano Center of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University from July 2013 to September 2014. From 2015 to the present, he has been working as a lecturer in the Department of Applied Physics, Faculty of Science, Zhejiang University of Technology. In addition, he has been involved in the evaluation and tracking service of the National "Thousand Talents Program", the National Science and Technology Foreign Aid Training Program, and project management. His research interests include quantum precision measurement.
