I hold the position of Assistant Professor at the Medical University of Lodz in Poland, a role I have occupied since 2019. My research primarily focuses on the role of mast cells in antimicrobial defense mechanisms, as well as the influence of antimicrobial peptides and alarmins on mast cell reactivity and phenotype. This research significantly contributes to a nuanced understanding of innate immune responses and the potential for novel therapeutic strategies.
