Associate Professor Talha Burak Alakuş is a dedicated academician and researcher currently serving as a Faculty Member in the Department of Software Engineering in Kırklareli University. He holds a Ph.D. and brings extensive expertise to the academic community, where he also serves as the Head of the Department of Software Engineering. In addition to his leadership roles, he is an active member of the Faculty Quality Board, contributing to the development of academic standards and institutional excellence. His primary research interests lie at the intersection of artficial intelligence and bioinformatics, with a particular focus on, application of computational methods in biological systems, genomic signal processing and cancer research. Associate Professor Alakuş has a proven track record in academic leadership, having served as a session chair for numerous thesis defenses and contributing as reviewers for specialized academic journals.
