This letter introduces Adaptive Nyström Spectral Analysis (ANSA) as a new technique for Direction of Arrival (DOA) estimation in coprime arrays. ANSA exploits Nyström-based root-MUSIC, employing matrix decomposition, polynomial root-finding, and adaptive noise subspace construction. The extended coprime array configuration, comprising distinct subarrays strategically positioned with physical sensors, adeptly captures uncorrelated far-field narrowband sources. ANSA significantly enhances direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation accuracy, particularly in scenarios with high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), while demonstrating robustness against parameter variations. A comprehensive analysis, incorporating the Cramér–Rao bound (CRB), substantiates ANSA's performance by establishing a stringent lower bound on the variance of the DOA estimator. This approach underscores exceptional potential for coprime arrays across varied signal environments, delivering a blend of precision and computational efficiency.

SQL (Structured Query Language) is a structured language for specialized purposes used to communicate with the data stored in a database management system. It uses dynamic and sophisticated query commands for processing and controlling data in a database, which can become an obstacle for users with no previous experience. In order to address this constraint, we have analyzed the existing models in Natural Language Processing, which convert a native-language query into an SQL query. Thus, any novice user can use the SQL program and eliminate the need to generate any complex queries. This work is a detailed survey of the existing literature.

Machine Reading Comprehension (MRC) is a challenging task in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), where a machine is required to read a given text passage and answer a set of questions based on it. This paper provides an overview of recent advances in MRC and highlights some of the key challenges and future directions of this research area. It also evaluates the performance of several baseline models on the dataset, evaluates the challenges that the dataset poses for existing MRC models, and introduces the DistilBERT model to improve the accuracy of the answer extraction process. The supervised paradigm for training machine reading and comprehension models represents a practical path forward for creating comprehensive natural language understanding systems. To enhance the DistilBERT basic model's functionality, we have experimented with a variety of question heads that differ in the number of layers, activation function, and general structure. DistilBERT is a model for question-resolution tasks that is successful and delivers state-of-the-art performance while requiring less computational resources than large models like BERT, according to the presented technique. We could enhance the model's functionality and obtain a better understanding of how the model functions by investigating other question head architectures. These findings could serve as a foundation for future study on how to make question-and-answer systems and other tasks connected to the processing of natural languages.

Background: One of the key considerations in the topological design of a network is the fault tolerance and survivability of the network topology. A deterministic measure for fault tolerance proposed by computer scientist and researchers is the k-node connectivity number of the network graph. Fault may happen at the physical level or at the software level. Method: A few heuristics and methods are proposed in the literature for the design of k-node connected network topological structures. The methods are analyzed on the parameters such as link optimality, computational efforts, repeated searching of nodes, adopting node numbering techniques, mathematical modelling, generality of the methods etc. Findings: This article portrays the comprehensive study and investigation of existing works and current developments on the design of k-node connected topological design of computer communication network structures, applicable for both wired and wireless network structures. This paper also highlights on the various design methods applicable for specific cases and also compares the existing and current methods, for the design parameters considered. Applications/Improvement: The study concludes by stating that the previous methods and strategies are restricted only to a few network design parameters. However there is no single method which addresses most of the issues, hence there is a scope for future exploration design methods.
The most common skin problem, acne vulgaris, may have serious financial and psychological implications for individuals who have it, thus it's crucial to have an accurate grading system for effective treatment. Artificial intelligence (AI)-based skin image analysis has gained a lot of relevance in recent years, particularly for analyzing and assessing the skin images captured by mobile phones. The difficulty in accurately assessing the severity of acne lies in the similarity of lesion appearances and the challenge of counting lesions. The study suggested a mobile app that can identify different forms of acne to solve this problem by using photos of facial skin. This study employed the You Only Look Once (YOLO) deep learning algorithm to find and identify acne. Comedone, papule, pustule, and nodule are the four forms of acne vulgaris taken into consideration. The dataset used to train and test the model is taken from the ACNE04 dataset and a private dataset from the dermatology OPD of JSS Medical Hospital, Mysuru, Karnataka, India. The app showed positive outcomes in severity analysis, showing dermatologist-level diagnosis. This application could be a valuable tool for clinicians with a smart phone to assess acne severity quickly and conveniently, anywhere and at any time.

Dynamic resource utilization in virtualized environments can be achieved through an AI-augmented kernel that employs a Random Forest model for real-time prediction of the optimal resource allocation. This approach addresses key challenges in resource management for cloud computing and data-intensive applications by leveraging machine learning to analyze system metrics, such as CPU and memory usage. The experimental setup utilizes control groups (cgroups) and the psutil library for effective resource monitoring and control. The results demonstrate significant improvements in system performance, with the AI-driven model achieving an accuracy of 99.34%. This high level of accuracy indicates efficient resource allocation, minimizing waste and enhancing the system stability. This study highlights the potential of integrating machine learning at the kernel level and lays the groundwork for further exploration of AI-enabled operating systems capable of improved adaptability and responsiveness in the modern computing infrastructure.
