Professor Maqusood Ahamed has worked at King Abdullah Institute for Nanotechnology, King Saud University, since year 2010. He has a strong background in the fields of nanotoxicology and nanomedicine. Prof. Ahamed has published more than 200 research papers of international repute. He was awarded Best Research Quality (Research Excellence) from King Saud University in 2017. Prof. Ahamed was also listed as a Highly Cited Researcher for 2017 and 2018 by Clarivate Analytics (Web of Science). Prof. Ahamed was listed in the top 2% of scientists of a global list (in both single-year and career categories) in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
