Ségolène Caboche is a bioinformatician and is currently working at the University of Lille (PLBS UAR 2014 - US 41). She has completed her PhD in Computer Sciences in 2009 from the University of Lille and postdoctoral studies from European Bioinformatics Institute (UK) in 2009-2010. She joined the Transcriptomics and Applied Genomics team in 2011. She is in charge of analysis and bioinformatics developments of the platform. She teaches bioinformatics and co-advises PhD students. Her research interest is focused on bioinformatics, high-throughput sequencing data, and microbiology.
