Dr. Bang-Gee Hsu is the Director of the Division of Nephrology at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital and a Professor of Internal Medicine at the School of Medicine at Tzu Chi University. He completed medical studies at China Medical University and earned a PhD from the Tzu Chi University. He completed internal medicine training at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital and sub-specialty training in nephrology at the Shin Kong Hospital in Taipei. His research focuses on internal medicine, kidney disease, arterial stiffness, endothelial function, vascular calcification, and acute kidney injury.
