Jesús Adrián López is a Professor at the Laboratorio de microRNAs y Cáncer, Unidad Académica de Ciencias Biológicas, Autonomous University of Zacatecas “Francisco García Salinas”. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Chemical Sciences, Autonomous University of Zacatecas, in 2004 and earned a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute in 2006 and 2011, respectively. His research areas include the study of microRNAs in cancer progression; analysis of the effect of organic compounds and arsenic in molecular and cellular processes; study of ncRNAs in cancer; viral and bacteria Infection related to cancer development.
