Prof. Dr. Maria Antonietta Colonna currently works at the Department of Soil, Plant and Food Science, University of Bari Aldo Moro, Bari, Italy. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Animal, Vegetal and Environmental Sciences at the University of Molise, Campobasso, Italy, in 1996. Her skills and expertise include meat quality, animal production, animal nutrition, dairy, food analysis, ruminant nutrition, dairy science, feed formulation, animal physiology, and feeding.
