With the increasing use of electronic commerce, online purchasing users have been rapidly rising. Predicting user behavior has therefore become a vital issue based on the collected data. However, traditional machine learning algorithms for prediction require significant computing time and often produce unsatisfactory results. In this paper, a prediction model based on XGBoost is proposed to predict user purchase behavior. Firstly, a user value model (LDTD) utilizing multi-feature fusion is proposed to differentiate between user types based on the available user account data. The multi-feature behavior fusion is carried out to generate the user tag feature according to user behavior patterns. Next, the XGBoost feature importance model is employed to analyze multi-dimensional features and identify the model with the most significant weight value as the key feature for constructing the model. This feature, together with other user features, is then used for prediction via the XGBoost model. Compared to existing machine learning models such as K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN), the eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model outperforms with an accuracy of 0.9761, an F1 score of 0.9763, and a ROC value of 0.9768. Thus, the XGBoost model demonstrates superior stability and algorithm efficiency, making it an ideal choice for predicting user purchase behavior with high levels of accuracy.

With the rapid growth of 6G communication and smart sensor technology, the Internet of Things (IoT) has attracted much attention now. In the 6G‐based IoT applications on the multiprocessor platform, the partitioned scheduling has been widely applied. However, these partitioned scheduling approaches could cause system resource waste and uneven workload among processors. In this paper, a smart semipartitioned scheduling strategy (SSPS) was proposed for mixed‐criticality systems (MCS) in 6G‐based edge computing. Besides tasks’ acceptance rate and weighted schedulability, QoS is considered in SSPS to improve the service quality of the system. The SSPS allocates tasks into each processor, and some tasks can migrate to other processors as soon as possible. By comparing with the several existing algorithms, the experimental results show that the SSPS achieves the best in the schedulability and QoS of the system.

Anomaly detection (AD) aims to distinguish the data points that are inconsistent with the overall pattern of the data. Recently, unsupervised anomaly detection methods have aroused huge attention. Among these methods, feature representation (FR) plays an important role, which can directly affect the performance of anomaly detection. Sparse representation (SR) can be regarded as one of matrix factorization (MF) methods, which is a powerful tool for FR. However, there are some limitations in the original SR. On the one hand, it just learns the shallow feature representations, which leads to the poor performance for anomaly detection. On the other hand, the local geometry structure information of data is ignored. To address these shortcomings, a graph regularized deep sparse representation (GRDSR) approach is proposed for unsupervised anomaly detection in this work. In GRDSR, a deep representation framework is first designed by extending the single layer MF to a multilayer MF for extracting hierarchical structure from the original data. Next, a graph regularization term is introduced to capture the intrinsic local geometric structure information of the original data during the process of FR, making the deep features preserve the neighborhood relationship well. Then, a L1‐norm‐based sparsity constraint is added to enhance the discriminant ability of the deep features. Finally, a reconstruction error is applied to distinguish anomalies. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, we conduct extensive experiments on ten datasets. Compared with the state‐of‐the‐art methods, the proposed approach can achieve the best performance.
