Dr. Zhaowu Ma is an Associate Professor at the School of Basic Medicine, Health Science Center, Yangtze University. He obtained his master’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology in 2009 from South-Central University for Nationalities and Ph.D. in biomedical engineering in 2013 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Since January 2014, he has been working at Yangtze University. From January 2018 to February 2019, he was a visiting scholar at the National University of Singapore. He conducts research in exosomal non-coding RNAs, bioinformatics of ncRNA feedforward loops in diseases, energy metabolism, and cancer immunotherapy.
