Nobuo Fuke, researcher at KAGOME Co., Ltd., obtained a master's degree from School of Life Science, Faculty of Medicine, Tottori University in 2007. He has worked at KAGOME Co., Ltd., as a researcher since 2007. His areas of expertise include food functionality and food immunology. He is a member of the Japanese Association for Food Immunology. He was awarded Melcher's Travel Award from the Japanese Society for Immunology in 2006 and Poster Award from the Japanese Association for Food Immunology in 2015.
