Changzhen Li received his Ph.D. degree in traffic information engineering and control from Wuhan University of Technology, China, in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, he was a guest Ph.D. with the Department of Electronic Systems, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway. Since 2021, he has worked as an associate research fellow at Wuhan University of Technology. His current research interests include channel characteristics analysis and modeling for vehicular/maritime communications based on channel measurements and ray tracing.
