Architect, PhD and contract Professor Sapienza-University of Rome, since 2012 he has been a Researcher and Adjunct professor in Appraisal and economic evaluation at Roma Tre University. He was visiting professor in 2017 at the Universidad de Boyacá (Colombia), Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo, and in 2019 at the University of Pècs, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. In 2018, he obtained the national scientific qualification (ASN) as Associate professor. His main research activity deals with the economic evaluation for plan, project, and program, implemented with inclusive and dialogic approaches. He is the author of over 70 publications.
