Prof. Dr. Andreia C Gomes is the Vice Director of CBMA (since 2022), Group Leader (2014 to now) of CBMA, Associate Professor at the Department of Biology of the School of Sciences since 2021 (previously Assistant Professor since 2007), and Director of the C2 in Biophysics and Bionanosystems since 2022. Prof. Dr. Gomes is also a Member of the Course Commission of the PhD Programme on Molecular and Environmental Biology at U.Minho (2016 to now). Her research keywords include controlled delivery systems, liposomes, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and sustainable production.
