Prof. Ing. Hana Pačaiová, PhD. is a Professor at the Faculty of Aeronautics, Department of Aeronautical Engineering, at TUKE. She specializes in technical systems safety, prevention of major industrial accidents, occupational safety, and risk management. Her research and professional activities focus on risk assessment, maintenance management, and quality management in industrial environments, with strong emphasis on compliance with machinery safety and occupational health and safety legislation. She has led and participated in several national and international projects (e.g., FP7 INTteg-Risk, KEGA). She is actively involved in professional organizations, including the Slovak Society of Maintenance (SSU), the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS), and the Association of Technical Diagnosticians of the Slovak Republic (ATD).
