Due to the current rise in concern about the challenge of global warming, stakeholders are now more conscious than in the past regarding environmental concerns. Stakeholders are more likely than ever before to support companies that are environmentally friendly. Simultaneously, companies seek to develop their social networks in such a way as to enhance their green innovation. This study investigates the influences of network embeddedness and network diversity on green innovation. In addition, this research discusses the mediation effects of green social capital. We adopt structural equation modeling for testing the research framework. A total of 330 valid questionnaires are collected. The results demonstrate that network embeddedness positively affects green social capital and green innovation performance. However, although network diversity positively affects green innovation performance, it does not significantly influence green social capital. Furthermore, the study indicates that green social capital partially mediates the relationship between network embeddedness and green innovation performance.

Drawing on the theory of conservation of resources (COR), the purpose of this study is to examine the mechanisms through which employee organizational citizenship behavior and job performance are affected by positive psychological status at work. Structural equation modeling was applied to analyze the data collected from 543 police officers in Northern Taiwan. The empirical results reveal that organizational psychological ownership positively associated with psychological capital, and psychological capital positively associated with both job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, this study demonstrates that the relationship between organizational psychological ownership and job performance and organizational citizenship behavior are both fully mediated by psychological capital. Organizational psychological ownership and psychological capital are both positive psychological strengths to assist employees facing stressful work circumstances. The importance of examining the relationship between the components of organizational psychological ownership, psychological capital, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior is pointed out due to the importance of organizations promoting the development of psychological resources to promote sustainable positive behavior and results in the workplace.

Emotion is a compelling factor in the retention and job satisfaction of professionals, and the impacts of emotional feelings and reactions have become an indispensable issue in the nursing workforce. Drawing on the cognitive theory of emotions, this study bridges the research gap to investigate the relationships among emotional blackmail, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions of nurses. A cross-sectional design was used to collect data from a sample of 374 full-time nurses in Northern Taiwan. Hypotheses were tested and analyzed by means of SPSS 22, structural equation modeling (SEM), and PROCESS v3.3. The results revealed the direct relationships between emotional blackmail, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions, and job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between emotional blackmail and turnover intentions. However, there is no statistical support that emotional intelligence moderates the relationships between emotional blackmail and job satisfaction and turnover intentions. Healthcare organizations must take the initiative and form strategies that will help balance nurses’ work stresses. These strategies should aim to reduce unnecessary demands from supervisors, patients, and co-workers, as well as in the socio-emotional domain.
