Prof. Dr. Mohamed Tharwat Elabbasy is an Associate Professor at the College of Medicine, University of Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. He earned his B.Sc. in 2005 and his Ph.D. in 2010. His work in the field has resulted in more than 50 publications, along with numerous presentations, lectures, and courses at Zagazig University in Egypt and the University of Ha'il in Saudi Arabia. His research interests include food microbiology, nanotechnology, biopolymers, and food packaging.
