Lorenzo Torrisi is a Full Professor of Experimental Physics at Messina University and currently teaches interactions of radiation with matter, plasmas, and diagnostic techniques as part of the master’s degree program in Physics at Messina University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Physics from Messina University, Messina, Italy, in 1988. He became an Associate Professor in 1992. He is an expert in surface analysis, laser-generated plasma, and research on innovative materials. He is a coordinator of national and international scientific collaborations.
