Dr. Xiaolong Li received his Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University in 2017. He worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Liverpool from 2018 to 2019. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Shenyang University of Technology. He is also the director of the Institute of High Voltage and Power Systems, and Deputy Director of the Department of Electrical Engineering at this university. His major research interests include gas discharge, switching technology, intelligent monitoring, and fault diagnosis of electric power equipment.
