Moira Paroni holds a PhD in Genetic and Biomolecular Sciences from the University of Milano, Italy. She has moved on to other research institutions in Milan (San Raffaele Science Institute, National Institute of Molecular Genetics) before becoming Senior Scientist and Assistant Professor at the Department of Biosciences at the University of Milan. Her main research interests focus on the response of the adaptive immune response to microbial pathogens.
