Biography
Prof. Weipeng Xuan received his Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid electronics from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor at Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China. His current research interests include surface acoustic wave (SAW) and bulk acoustic wave (BAW) devices, piezo-MEMS devices, and energy harvesting devices, as well as their applications.
