Prof. Dr. Yuan Yao obtained his doctoral degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Tsinghua University from September 2004 to January 2010. Since April 2010, he has been serving as a Professor of Posts and Telecommunications at Beijing University. His main research areas include wireless communication, radio frequency systems, antenna technology, radio frequency identification (RFID), and terahertz technology. The book Broadband Antennas and Antenna Arrays was nominated for the Book Award at the third China Publishing Government Awards.
