I am a Senior Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Associate Professor, researcher, and academic leader with extensive experience in oral and maxillofacial trauma surgery, head and neck oncology, reconstructive surgery, and implantology. I currently serve as Head of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Medicover/Pelican Clinical Hospital Oradea, Romania, and as Associate Professor within the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Oradea. In parallel, I coordinate the residency training program in Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery in Bihor County, actively mentoring and training future specialists. I graduated as Valedictorian in Dentistry from the University of Oradea and subsequently completed General Medicine studies at the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca. In 2017, I obtained my PhD in Medical Sciences with research focused on maxillofacial traumatology and the epidemiological, clinical, and therapeutic aspects of jaw trauma. Since 2024, I have also been a Fellow of the European Board for Oro-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (FEBOMFS). My clinical expertise includes head and neck oncologic surgery, management of complex oro-maxillofacial trauma, reconstructive surgery, salivary gland pathology, temporomandibular joint pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, and advanced bone grafting techniques.
