I am a Biotechnology Engineer, Master in Food Research Development and Innovation, and candidate for a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition at the University of Barcelona. My research area focuses on the recovery of phytochemicals from agricultural, food, and forestry residues that can be used as raw materials for functional foods, animal feeds, cosmetic products, biomaterials, and other biobased products, using Biorefinery and Circular Economy approaches.
